It is said she has a muscular body due to gymnastics and has dirty blonde shoulder length hair. It is mentioned that Liz and Becca Wilder, a friend of hers, are like twins. This is not only because they are close, but because they look almost identical. The only difference between the two friends is that Liz's eyes are a dull, dust colored beige. Liz is also always orange because she has an addiction to spray tanning, which the Pretty Committee refers to as "The Lohan Tan."
